Jurnal Teknologi dan Inovasi Industri (JTII) is publishes independently peer-reviewed complete research papers, review papers, community service reports, and Investigations portfolios. What is interesting is the brief communication about the innovative approach. From time to time, journals cover topical topics or special conferences that concentrate on specific fields.

This journal managed by Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung and published by the University of Lampung. JTII is published periodically (two times a year) in April, and October. JTII is available for free (open access) to all readers.

JTII accepts manuscripts from and is not limited to all industrial engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil and environment, chemical and industrial, information technology, geophysics, geodesy, etc.), architecture, applied science (agrotechnology, biomedical, applied physics, applied chemistry, materials, computer, biotechnology, etc.), and other multidisciplinary research.

JTII also carries a Comments and Criticism section, which provides a forum for expressing different viewpoints, comments, clarification, and correction of misunderstandings regarding topics in published papers. Readers of the journal are earnestly invited to contribute their ideas to this forum. Contributions for the Comments and Criticism section should be relatively brief, normally two to four manuscript pages, written in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well, and will be published as rapidly as possible.

Volume 7, Nomor 1 (2026) dari Jurnal Teknologi dan Inovasi Industri (JTII) menyajikan serangkaian publikasi penelitian yang berfokus pada inovasi material polimer, rekayasa proses kimia, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Pada edisi ini, eksplorasi mendalam dilakukan terhadap pengembangan material maju yang ramah lingkungan, seperti karakterisasi bioplastik berbasis pati limbah pertanian dengan penguat serat alami, serta analisis karakteristik film hidrogel melalui variasi komposisi polimer. Selain inovasi material material, edisi ini juga turut mewadahi kajian komputasi di bidang teknik kimia melalui evaluasi simulasi sifat termodinamika campuran gas menggunakan perangkat lunak industri, yang memberikan wawasan penting bagi optimasi sistem pemisahan dan pengolahan gas alam.

Di samping rekayasa material dan simulasi, edisi ini menyoroti evaluasi dan peningkatan efisiensi dalam operasional industri nyata. Kajian mengenai optimasi parameter termal pada proses penyangraian kopi memberikan perspektif praktis bagi industri pengolahan hasil pertanian, sementara penerapan metode pengendalian kualitas statistik digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan menstabilkan lini produksi manufaktur secara presisi. Tidak ketinggalan, inovasi dalam manajemen lingkungan industri juga dibuktikan melalui studi pengolahan limbah cair secara elektrokoagulasi untuk mendegradasi polutan. Rangkaian riset terapan multidisiplin ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan komprehensif dalam mendorong efisiensi, inovasi teknologi, dan praktik berkelanjutan di sektor industri.
